( Sorry finish pictures wouldn't load.)This could quite possibly have been the absolute worst job I have ever put myself & my guys through. It was 2 weeks of absolute heck, that about killed my crew, family & myself. Short of being away from my little girl & spouse, this job had just about every bad thing that a roofer doesn't want to happen. The decking looked fine from below, but was deteriorated to paper thin in areas. 3 of us actually broke through the metal & were almost road kill on the floor. So after redecking some areas & installing 2 layers of OSB along with the tapered ISO system, we finally completed this monster. After all of this the building owner has shorted me $14k since Sept 1st of 2009. After all of that, I actually didn't loose any money.
