Filler Roof

I shot a couple short videos & Pics of a little roof we did today. We have a total of about 7 hours in this roof. Not a large contract, but it keeps the guys working when we are in between larger projects. Sorry for the psychedelic colors it seems my HP Digital camera just went south on me today. The videos will not load I apologize, but if you look around the perimeter, we actually sprayed SPF to take care of that hard transition area of a metal roof tie-in with a vertical stucco wall. SPF sealed it in about 5 minutes.

Weather Man Blues

We are set up on a Job in southern MO where we are going to take off a 7500 sq. ft. BUR & replace with a tapered boardstock system. We have been trying to get this job done for the last 3 weeks & have had nothing but bad weather blues. Here we are in late July & Early August and they are calling for 7 out of 10 days with a 40% chance of rain or more. That is a little scary when you have to tear a roof off. With SPF we could have it sealed in not time, but the Ply system takes a little longer to get completely water tight. This job is in the middle of a huge shopping complex so SPF would have had overspray issues. That is not a problem with the coatings, just dry time. Keep in touch I will have plenty of pics on this one.

Update

If you have seen the pictures and videos below and say, you know that looks way to easy, well it actually is. I actually put pictures of old jobs just so you know that these were not jobs that happened every once in a while. These jobs are actually taking place on a regular basis. When you have the manufacturer direct sales, the teamwork approach that we have, along with our system approach to roofing, you end up with a high profit niche market that is based around a top quality product. This is a combination that you won't find anywhere else with any other company be it traditional roofing products or other coatings.

If you have any interest in seeing more about our coatings, company, and TEAM, then bookmark this BLOG & go to http://www.contractorunlimited.com/ and take a look around and see why this has already been the best year in history for our team of contractors. Our personal roofing business has already surpassed our best year and this is Late July. We are set to possibly run a $700,000 or better year with a full time 3 man crew. That is not to bad.

So if you are tired of the world of cut throat shinglers, with no insurance, or ethics, come join our team and let me show you how several others are making six-figure incomes in less than 200 days a year, all with 2-4 man crews. We have the marketing, sales, & application training to make anyone with or without roofing experience successful. What have you got to loose & think of what you have to gain.

God Bless & Success

This was our very first foam job. 45,000 ft of foam over Metal & EPDM. This building has had two major hail storms, including one tornado, and still is performing great. At the time we sold the job at $125,000 and profited $55,000 even after it took 5 weeks to complete with 16 rain days included. Good Ole Missouri Weather.

Niedimier Apts 3 story

After SPF
Coated
This is a 3-story apartment complex in downtown Columbia, MO. The building owner had tried everything to fix it as you can see. We did this job in 2004 and have inspected it and it is performing flawlessly.

US CELLULAR

Cleaning the roof with WAC II, prior to coating we fixed any damaged areas needed.

Finished Roof$$$ This is a small job that we did as a re-coat for Us Cellular. Our Ply system is used on all new FiberCon buildings that house all of the important electronics at the base of Cell towers for Us Cellular & Cingular. These jobs are great jobs to get, little product & high profits. Usually $1,500-$2000 per building profit, done in 1 day.

Repeat Customer

Here we are doing horizontal seams on a metal roof. You can notice how quick it is going. Once you get the hang of it you can really put down several feet of seams. This is actually the slowest part of a metal roof system.

Here we are doing a vertical seam. On this roof a 62' seam was taking us just over a minute. We can do a 100' seam in 2 minutes. This allows you to knock out several seams in a short time & not have to worry as much about the weather.

Here we are doing fasteners with a $20 garden sprayer converted to apply our Fastener Grade Kwik Kaulk. 4 guns took 4 hrs to complete 20,000 sq. ft.

Here is our finished roof. 20,000 sq. ft. 4 1/2 days with a 4 man crew. $36,000 contract, less than $17k in labor & materials. Profit of $19k in 5 days.
