Repeat Customer

Here we are doing horizontal seams on a metal roof. You can notice how quick it is going. Once you get the hang of it you can really put down several feet of seams. This is actually the slowest part of a metal roof system.

Here we are doing a vertical seam. On this roof a 62' seam was taking us just over a minute. We can do a 100' seam in 2 minutes. This allows you to knock out several seams in a short time & not have to worry as much about the weather.

Here we are doing fasteners with a $20 garden sprayer converted to apply our Fastener Grade Kwik Kaulk. 4 guns took 4 hrs to complete 20,000 sq. ft.

Here is our finished roof. 20,000 sq. ft. 4 1/2 days with a 4 man crew. $36,000 contract, less than $17k in labor & materials. Profit of $19k in 5 days.
