Long Time No Post

Hey guys, I know it has been a really long time since I have posted on my BLOG. Things have been absolutely so crazy with work and new TEAM members that I kind of lost track of time. Since May I think about 10-15 new TEAM members have join us, numerous jobs have been landed and completed, I have traveled to Alaska, and so much more I can't keep up. Here are a couple pics from Alaska that I am sharing with you. There will be a link sent out later next week with all of our pics on it, Alaska is to beautiful to not share it, if you every thought it wasn't worth the trip, it is, we are planning our next trip already. Where else can you have an opportunity to take an Alaskan vacation in July and shut your business down for 10 days, yet have your business grow evry day you were gone. ONLY WITH THE CONKLIN OPPORTUNITY. Enjoy the pics.
God Bless & Success
Yep you can't see it but that is an iceburg
That is a Train going over the White Pass that was used since the famous GoldRushThis is the Famous Alaskan Mendenhall Glacier in Juneau (the face is like 500ft of vertical ice) They had a piece of glaicial ice laying there to see how dense it was along with a rock that fell off the glacier that is several hundred years old. Very cool to see in person.

Opportunities Abound

Hell to everyone, I hope mother nature is treating you well. We have been adding new contractors to our team at a feverish rate. Everyone of them have bragged to me on how well our trainings and the TEAM work together to help them succeed. If this is something you want to add to your business to diversify it, now is the time. We have a training in May 18-19 and one in June.

On a smaller note, we are having some success in the residential flat roof marketplace. Our systems are more energy efficient than anything on the market and typically done without tearoffs, this opens a huge marketplace for us especially in the Midwest & Southwest where Flat roofs are commonplace. Along with that we have been filling our in between job times with Chimney repairs, at $200 or more per job, you can do 20-30 with 1 roll of fabric & a couple buckets of Kwik Kaulk, and to this day I have never had a chimney leak.

Now is the time to diversify and add revenue to your business, without adding overhead. Join the Wave

Catching Up

Between Roof Systems Trainings and Mother Nature, I have not been around the office much lately. I was in need of a good BLOG update, so I am posting a small residential roof we did in the meantime.

SPRING IS COMING

Spring is almost upon us & that brings spring rains. I know in the midwest we have been slammed by Mother Nature this winter. We have had more snow storms, rain, and wierd weather than many years before added up. Heck we lost 14 days to rain last July, who would have thought that.

But with this adversity it brings hope, we have brand new guys landing jobs, and bidding lots of roofs. We even have a brand new contractor that has the opportunity to have our roofing systems placed on a very large chain restaruant across the midwest, approximatley 600 stores. He has already been given 3 trial stores & if they succeed which I know they will then they are going to convert every store they have to our system. They are having to many problems with TPO & the great Durolast systems, both of which they have law suites against due to failures. We have no failures to show them.

We just filled up 2 trainings in March for our Roof Systems training, now we are booking up for our April 20-21 training, so if you are interested jump on board with us now, before you miss out on another training.

We are also putting on 2 Spring Roofing Seminars, one in Bloomsburg PA, and another in Sparta TN. If you want to see how contractors apply these systems you need to be at one of these trainings. Til next time

God Bless & Success

Sorry No PICS this Time. I just finished 3 days in KC at a trade show with awesome results, but here is even better news below.

Guys, we are poised to have one of the greatest years ever. I have not even sent out my advertising & we are getting calls almost daily. Just today I got calls on 3 roofs that we have had bids on for 3+ years and out of the blue they called today and want to get new numbers and are interested on how soon we can get something done. We are talking about 90,000 feet of standing seam, 75,000 ft of screw-down, & 30,000 sq ft of standing seam, all in all about $250,000-$275,000 in contracts with a profit of $90k-$110. All of this has came about without any additional advertising.

Basically guys people are interested in our long line of 40+ years of proven performance & knowing we have a true system, not just coatings. Florida, Texas, the East Coast, all over the country we have new contractors coming on board with us and having awesome success early on.

Do you want to join the 10+ contractors we have added to our TEAM in 2010. Now is the time, our March 2-3 training is full, but there are still openings for March 30-31, but not for long. Call me and find out how you to can join the #1 TEAM in the US and add $$$$ to your business & TIME FREEDOM to your family.

God Bless

Our hardest Job Ever

( Sorry finish pictures wouldn't load.)

This could quite possibly have been the absolute worst job I have ever put myself & my guys through. It was 2 weeks of absolute heck, that about killed my crew, family & myself. Short of being away from my little girl & spouse, this job had just about every bad thing that a roofer doesn't want to happen. The decking looked fine from below, but was deteriorated to paper thin in areas. 3 of us actually broke through the metal & were almost road kill on the floor. So after redecking some areas & installing 2 layers of OSB along with the tapered ISO system, we finally completed this monster. After all of this the building owner has shorted me $14k since Sept 1st of 2009. After all of that, I actually didn't loose any money.

Late New Years Post

Hello to everyone again. The Holidays are finally over & we are back to business of selling roofs. Here are a few pics of my New Years celebrating & some winter time fun with the little one in Iowa.
